Without a doubt, Shaira Luna is one of Manila’s top creatives with an impeccable sense of style. She can turn the cheapest ukay finds into a mesmerizing vintage ensemble in her dreamlike photographs.
This weekend, Oct. 13 and 14, Shaira and other stylish creatives are holding their annual closet cleaning sale at Unit 306, A-Venue Mall in Makati. The clothes they will put on sale are either part of their personal wardrobe or used once for shoots.
Last year, pieces from luxury brands like Marni, Céline, Lanvin, and others were also up for sale. And we’re pretty sure you can expect the same calibre of renowned brands and well-tailored goods in this year’s sale. And for cheap too: Pieces can go from P25 for tops to P3,000 for branded shoes.
We know all the good things will be sold first, so you better be there at 10 a.m. If not, the store will be open until 6 p.m. Aside from Shaira, Ryuji Shiomitsu, Sanya Smith, Happy Andrada, Xeng Zulueta, Kenji Onglao, Carla Villanueva, Abraham Guardian and Mamuro Oki of Ha.mu will also sell their stuff.
If you’re wondering about Shaira’s sizes, she says, “I’m an XS to S and size 8 to 8.5 for shoes, but I wear lots of men’s clothes and oversized things too.” But if you’re not keen about updating your wardrobe, some of Shaira’s film cameras will be up for sale as well.
