Warning: This contains spoilers to “Spider-Man: No Way Home”
In case you live under a rock, the “Spider-Man” hype train is still running at full speed. To top it all off, Spidey fans are now blessed with an extra gift: the entire screenplay of “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”
After recently bagging the slot of movie history’s sixth highest-grossing film, the folks behind “Spider-Man” are all set for awards campaign season with the online release of “No Way Home’s” full script.
Written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers and released via Deadline, the screenplay is branded with the decoy title “Serenity Now,” keeping in line with the MCU “Spider-Man’s” top secret “Seinfeld”-themed working titles (“Homecoming” was “Summer of George,” while “Far From Home” was “Fall of George”).
All 182 pages of the PDF file detail Peter Parker (Tom Holland)’s adventures with the multiverse, thanks in part to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch)’s help.
This includes the juicy storylines all of Film Twitter theorized, like—spoilers incoming—the appearances of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, named as “Webb-verse Peter” and “Raimi-verse Peter” respectively. The fan-awaited scene is detailed past page 119, which also narrates the iconic moment with Ned’s lola. (If you know, you know.)
Anyway, you can all check it out for yourself. “Spider-Man: No Way Home’s” screenplay is available for download here.
