I’m sorry, but the creator of “One Punch Man” is a genius for giving Saitama a questionable sense of style. Had us all hooked on an unconventional, intentionally overpowered hero.
I’m no sneakerhead, but hey, if it’s dope, I’m looking respectfully. Especially if it’s anime shoes. After releasing “Hello Kitty” and “Sailor Moon” shoes, Skechers has another anime footwear collab coming up.
As reported by Hypebeast and Nylon Singapore, Skechers is releasing its Stamina 2.0 shoes on Jan. 18 in color palettes inspired by “One Punch Man” characters. Peep these kicks in Saitama (yellow and red), Tatsumaki (green and teal), Speed-o’-Sound Sonic (purple), and Genos (blue and gray) colors and designs.
Sadly, they’ll only be available in Singapore for now, with prices ranging from $88 to $159 in US dollars (approximately P4,266 to P7,636).
PH drop when? Hopefully soon, fingers crossed.
