“Naruto” fans, rise.
The most affordable “Naruto Shippuden” apparel is here and it’s a collaboration with local clothing brand OXGN. The collection starts at P349, so might as well unleash your inner ninja village fantasy wear.
“The collection is inspired by the city of Akihabara to capture its youthful energy, Japanese street styling and otaku culture. It features character-focused pieces that will highlight your most beloved ‘Naruto Shippuden’ personalities and silhouettes that are nods to the Japanese culture,” said OXGN on its website.
Among the newly-released items in the collection are T-shirts and shorts printed with Naruto and Sasuke graphics, Akatsuki motifs on sling and bum bags, Jiraya’s symbol on caps plus slides and totes for everyday use. Choose your fighter.
This long-time Masashi Kishimoto manga series has been well-received ever since its release in 1999 and now the successor and ongoing series “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” is still continuing its anime legacy. Since then, the show has lived in our heads rent-free—which might be enough reason for me to grab a piece out of the collection.
