Most of us are picking up new skills this quarantine. So, the Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) dares to ask, why not add proficiency in Japanese to your current skill set? They’ll teach it to you with no charge.
On Aug. 29, QCPL and Jellyfish Education Incorporated announced their basic Japanese language online class. This Zoom class will have four sessions with Yamashita Sensei. Each session will contain 60 participants with the class lasting for two hours, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. You even get a digital certificate after completing the course.
Just make sure you fall into their requirements:
- Must be 18 year old or above
- Have laptop/desktop or smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Zoom application and account
There’s no caveat to the free part, really. All you need to do is register on their Google forms and you’ll be on your way to learn a new language. Sure, the world is on fire. But at least your interests are still alive.
