Femcees continue to pack heat, just ask DB Tha Girl and Nicole Anjela. The latest collaboration between the rappers says exactly that, while shaking up the old school rhyme we’ve all memorized: “Black Sheep.”
Produced by Jwudz, the rap track fuses both skills and styles of DB Tha Girl and Nicole Anjela. Released with an animated lyric video by DB Daily, “Black Sheep” is a chill-out female crew anthem with lines like, “Black sheep, sittin’ in the backseat, sippin’ sippin’ somethin’ somethin’ with my women hard as concrete.”
The track toys with the classic nursery rhyme, topping it off by saying, “One for the homies who stay reppin’ they gang.” It’s one meant for cruising and late-night road trips, as you keep close to your circle—because whether or not you’re a black sheep in larger crowds, you’ve got your own crew to lean on.
