Takashi Murakami is coming out with a collab collection with sustainable clothing brand Pangaia to help save the bees. He knows what’s up.
The collection is made up of shirts and hoodies, and will feature Murakami’s exclusive bee design. His signature flower designs will also be making an appearance in the collection, of course.
“[Bees] pollinate 75 percent of the world’s food crops. Bees feed the world and are key to conserving biodiversity,” says Pangaia on the campaign, which is aptly named “Bee The Change.” The campaign aims to help out in the conservation of endangered bee species.
The collection is also in partnership with the fundraiser organization Milkywire, and will drop this May 20.
