Admit it: We’re all suckers for a good photo filter. For our next fan favorite, we present to you AI Gahaku.
Gahaku means master painter in Japanese, and that’s exactly what this Artificial Intelligence (AI) artist is. AI Gahaku takes your selfies and transforms it into an array of (mostly) Renaissance-era paintings in a matter of seconds.

It’s a fun website to play with while we bide our time indoors. Though if you do end up trying it, you might notice that its output leans toward Caucasian features. The developer is aware of this and is currently working on diversifying AI Gahaku’s creations, so hooray for that.
The website can be found here. Go forth and transform into the Renaissance masterpiece that you are.
