Rjay Ty x Nicole Anjela’s “Lullaby” verbalizes our late-night feelings

It’s 2 a.m. and once again, our S.O. is living rent-free in our mind. Whether you love it or hate it, we’ve all been in that late-night position of infatuation. And in Rjay Ty’s latest slow-burn, R&B jam with Nicole Anjela, they captured this universal feeling just right.

Last Feb. 25, these two R&B/hip-hop artists released the visuals for “Lullaby.” It’s a track they dropped late last year with producer Pope Fiction on deck. It’s your classic rap beat, with rhodes-like synth backdrop and kick-hat-snare combo, carry ingRjay and Nicole’s verses of lowkey longing all throughout.

“Lullaby” is all about staying up with your person. Celebrating why you fell hard, how you search for them in the strangest hours, and what makes you weak for them. It’s as simple as that. And for sure, it deserves a mainstay spot on your personal rap/R&B caviar.
