Thanks to this year’s D23 expo, we got more information on the upcoming “Loki” series coming to Disney’s latest streaming site—Disney+. It looks like this series will answer the question on everyone’s minds: “Where did Loki go?”
During “Marvel Studios: Exploring the Universe” special released on Disney+ yesterday, the show’s executive producer reveals they will play a lot with time travel. “There will be a man on the run quality to it, and we get the chance to explore the more human sides of Loki.”
He also confirms the plot based on previous reports about the series. According to these reports, the narrative will follow Loki from the first installment of “The Avengers,” who used the tesseract during “The Avengers: Endgame” to escape. This brings him on misadventures through time (and maybe space) as he alters important events in history.
