Kiehl’s Philippines has launched a new online shopping service. Aside from purchasing products from their website and Facebook page, consumers from all over the country can now have a high-quality skin consultation from the Kiehl’s Customer Service Representatives (KCRs). Getting your skincare woes solved at home? Pretty easy now.

All you need to do is send a direct message to Kiehl’s Facebook or website by clicking the chat button on the lower right corner of the screen. That way, you’ll be able to connect to an eKCR, who’ll be giving you an online skin check. You can either wait for the eKCR to send you a cart filled with suggested samples, or go straight for a direct checkout. Secure your payment, delivery deets, and wait ‘til your routine kit flies directly to your doorstep. This somehow sounds like the “Black Mirror” episode I’ve been waiting for, but I’m not complaining.

Customers in Metro Manila will receive their orders in 2-3 days, Luzon in 2-5 days, while Visayas and Mindanao in 6-8 days. The eKCR’s online window time runs from 11:00 a.m. to 8. p.m., Monday to Saturday. For busy bees and skin care beginners like me, I could sure use my screen time on this.
