Last Friday, Oct. 13, we dropped by Dulo for the The Third World’s Where Ends Meet shindig. The Third World, for those who don’t know them yet is a community of local street culture, streetwear, photography, and music-enthusiasts first created in 2012, with the aim to spread homegrown creativity.
Their party first kicked off with a live DJ set by Jazzy Jesus, followed by a live performance by hip-hop collective PushTrak’s Just Washington along with new-comer Zerzac, then Eyedress, and Rjay Ty.
Thirteen local brands: Royalty, BRKLSS, Progress®, Garapata, Proudrace, Babe Slayer, Clyde, Poots, Wednesday, MHC, Grocery Worldwide, Don’t Blame The Kids, Pushtrak, and TCMF were all there to keep crowd going until Jayru and Butta B closed the night.
All in all, the venue was poppin’ till 4am, and we’re sure even the neighbors didn’t mind.
