The Senate’s a little not the same as it was last week anymore thanks to a certain pugilist-turned-politician, but that doesn’t stop the senators from doing their work.
Senator Risa Hontiveros has been garnering a lot of buzz lately due to her work championing the LGBTQ Anti-Discrimination Bill against close-minded geezers in the Senate. If you’re a fan of what she’s been doing, then you’re in luck: this Saturday on March 4, our sister site Preen.ph is putting out the first of their new Preen Sessions series on Facebook Live, featuring none other than the good senator.
Preen Sessions is basically a chat with Sen. Hontiveros about pertinent issues of the day. She’ll field your questions about health, women’s rights, gender equality, LGBT discrimination, the things she’s working on, and more. All you have to do to get in on this is to ask your question on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and use the hashtags #PreenSessions and #PreenAsksRisa. Tune in at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the official Preen Facebook page right here.
